Dreamy

In order to build "disruptive" projects in line with "digital trends" a company must first assess their degree of readiness to adopt technology. The "Dreamy” model (Digital Readiness Assessment Maturity Model) is an effective tool that provides companies with guidelines for embarking on a clear path to digital transformation by helping them to identify gaps and to establish the key areas on which to focus and which serve as a foundation from which to start. This is therefore not only about implementing technologies, but is a harmonised vision which is fully aligned with the company’s corporate culture, its people, and its organisation. As certified partner of the Manufacturing Group of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano Speedhub is licenced to provide this service.

Our assessment service allows a company to:

  • assess their current status regarding the transformation process
  • create short- and long-term goals and plans
  • identify significant investment projects to bring about successful digital transformation

The model assesses a company’s degree of readiness to adopt technology by analysing four aspects in six business areas considered strategic for digital change and that make up a company’s value chain, creating a complete overview of its digital maturity.
