INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA TREATMENTS
Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679
The SPEEDHUB Foundation, owner of the processing of personal data provided through this online form, makes it known that these data will be processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 ("GDPR"), therefore in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, necessity and minimization. On this regard, we inform you of the following.
1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
All data collected will be processed in order to meet the needs represented by the interested subject, owner, employee or collaborator of the applicant company, through the aforementioned form, in relation, for example, to involvement in events, technical seminars or training initiatives related to the "Industry 4.0" theme, to the digital technologies and services usable, to the search of possible strategic partners, to the preparation of a digital innovation project or to the access to available tax and/or financial relief, as well as to the implementation of the consequent obligations prescribed by regulations or current laws.
2. OBLIGATION / FACULTY OF DATA SUPPLY
The provision of data and their use is considered essential in order to implement the above purposes and, therefore, the failure in the provision or consent to the treatment will determine the inability to respond to the requests or needs of the person concerned and the company of reference.
3. DATA COMMUNICATION/DIFFUSION AREA OF APPLICATION
Without prejudice to the communications required to comply with legal obligations, the company information and personal data collected, which you have authorized its processing under the aforementioned purposes, will be processed by the persons in charge and/or responsible for SPEEDHUB and Confindustria Verona (funder of the Foundation) and may be communicated, in Italy and/or abroad, to the following categories of other subjects: companies/entities of Confindustria "system", other members of the Foundation (natural persons, entities or companies), as well as, where deemed strictly necessary, third-party partners of the Foundation in the implementation of its statutory purposes through specific agreements.
4. PERFORMING METHOD AND DURATION OF TREATMENTS
The data will be processed in paper form and/or on magnetic or computer/electronic support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures prescribed by Attachment B of the Privacy Code, as well as by the articles 24 and ss. of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679. The data will be processed for the period strictly necessary for the realization of the projects and initiatives put in place by SPEEDHUB in relation to the needs expressed by the applicant company (through the interested party), as well as for the fulfillment of all related obligations. The (external) data controller is the company CLAB COMUNICAZIONE S.r.l. that can use, for the hosting service (web server) of the SPEEDHUB website and for the adoption of the appropriate security measures on data inserted therein, specialized providers, independently identified on the basis of their level of experience, capacity and reliability.
5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
With regards to company information and personal data processed by SPEEDHUB, you can exercise at any time, forwarding the relevant request to the address , the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (within the limits and under the conditions set out in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the same decree), as well as those provided for by EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (Article 13), with particular reference to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and blocking of processing, being able, likewise, to propose a complaint to the Privacy Authority.
